After only really two years in operation, UKIP couldn’t lose in our building process. For us, we remain committed to Northern Ireland and our presence is a work in progress. The UKIP candidates team are intent on consolidating and are already preparing for the crucial referendum vote in June when we believe Northern Ireland will register a strong Brexit vote.
Today the political landscape shows one unionist party and one republican party having to work together in power sharing – all the other parties in the assembly have been decimated, and are only bit players. If the DUP and Sinn Fein don’t share power then it’s a bust. Nigel Farage, Paul Nuttall and myself congratulate the UKIP team and thank all those who voted UKIP. We will be back.
