Mid Ulster DAY expresses dismay at SF Molloy Comments on abuse

UKIP PPC for Mid-Ulster, Alan Day, has expressed dismay at a comment on Twitter by Sinn Fein MP Francie Molloy dismissing allegations of IRA sex abusers.

Commenting, Mr Day stated:

“This evening we have the Sinn Fein President Gerry Adams stating “It is a matter of deep regret that a man allegedly sexually abused by an IRA member feels let down”  whilst our local abstentionist Sinn Fein MP Francie Molloy trivialises the matter on his Twitter account saying “Another load of rubbish on spotlight tonight. Joint Indo bluesh.. production”

“This is however unsurprising.  Maria Cahill has been subjected to torrents of abuse on social media. The victims of abuse have been very brave to put their heads above the parapit and deserve justice.”
